Locusta AI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and AI-powered services operated by Locusta AI ("we," "us," or "our"), including locusta.ai, ADAReporting, ReviewPilot, and any related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Services Covered

Our Services include:

  • AI Agency Services — web design, SEO, marketing, content creation, and publishing services delivered with AI assistance
  • ADAReporting — accessibility compliance reporting and ADA website remediation services
  • ReviewPilot — AI-powered review management and reputation monitoring
  • Directory Listings — paid business listing directories including FindMeADentist.ai, FindAHouse.ai, EvInstall.ai, and FlyService.ai
  • AI Agents — AI-powered assistants and agents, including Syd (COO), Livia (VP of AI), and other automated systems

3. Account Registration

Some Services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. AI-Generated Content

Portions of our Services involve AI-generated content, including written materials, code, recommendations, and agent-generated responses. AI-generated content:

  • May contain errors or inaccuracies — you should review all outputs before relying on them
  • Is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or technical advice
  • Is subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use provisions below

5. AI Agent Interactions

When interacting with our AI agents (including Syd, Livia, and any other automated systems):

  • Agents are automated tools — do not treat them as licensed professionals
  • Agents may retain conversation context to provide continuity of service
  • You may not use agents to generate spam, harassment, illegal content, or to impersonate others
  • We reserve the right to suspend agent access for abusive behavior

6. Directory Listings and Payments

For paid directory listings:

  • Fees are charged on a per-listing basis as described at checkout
  • Listings remain active for the period purchased (typically annual)
  • Refunds are at our discretion unless otherwise required by law
  • Featured and Premium placements are subject to availability and additional fees
  • You represent that all business information submitted is accurate and that you have authority to list the business

7. Fees and Billing

All fees are as posted at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other designated payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
  • Harass, defame, or discriminate against others
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content generated by Locusta AI for clients under active engagements belongs to the client upon full payment. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates. You retain ownership of content you provide to us.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (including payment processors, analytics, AI providers, and other platforms). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

11. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENTLY ACCURATE. YOU USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCUSTA AI AND ITS PARENT COMPANY (WISCONSIN AERIAL DRONE SERVICES LLC) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Locusta AI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we deem to be harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
