Wisconsin Aerial Drone Services

One connected view of the field and the business.

A clearer digital front door paired with a purpose-built operating system for complex, data-driven agricultural drone work.

01 · The opportunity

Field operations produced more interconnected data than generic tools could comfortably hold.

Each job begins with real geography: field location, acreage, shape, and topography. Planning must then connect spray concentrations, material requirements, materials consumed, pilot and assistant time, setup, travel, acreage-based compensation, billing, receivables, payroll, and pilot compensation.

The opportunity was to design a system around those relationships instead of forcing the business to keep reconciling them across disconnected records.

02 · Public experience

A digital front door grounded in the work itself.

The public site reorganizes the company around the services and decisions customers actually need to understand. Agriculture, deer recovery, and related service journeys each receive clearer context, authentic field imagery, and direct paths to inquiry.

A clearer digital experience helps customers understand specialized services, see the work, and move confidently from interest to inquiry.

03 · Operations platform

A domain model built from fields outward.

The operating system is designed to connect planning and financial reality through the same underlying work record.

  • Field geography, acreage, shape, and topography
  • Job planning, scheduling, and application requirements
  • Spray concentrations and material allocation by job and field
  • Pilot and assistant hours across travel, setup, and application
  • Acreage-based compensation, payroll, billing, and receivables

One connected operating view brings field planning, materials, labor, compensation, billing, and reporting into the same workflow.

04 · Integrated result

The public promise and internal operation can reflect the same business.

Customers encounter clearer service journeys. Internally, work can be planned and accounted for through a system that understands the field as more than a line item. The complete story is the connection between customer experience and operational capability—not either interface in isolation.

05 · Built together

Subject-matter judgment remained at the center.

Wisconsin Aerial leadership supplied the operating reality: what matters in the field, what must be calculated, and where generic assumptions break down. The integrated team translated that knowledge into structured journeys, software, content, and an improvement loop.

Does your operation also exceed the tools holding it together?
